Shipping policy

All BFTools desktop products are delivered digitally. After payment confirmation, we provide:

• Immediate in-page confirmation
• Direct download package access on the product page
• Versioned installer and local installation guide

No physical shipping is required or provided.

Refund policy

Refund policy follows BFTools Terms of Service and applicable law.

• Free trials are non-refundable unless a mandatory legal right applies.
• Paid refunds are handled in line with our Terms of Service refund section and local consumer rights.
• If a digital entitlement is already delivered or activated, the refund may be limited to what is required by law.
